The Board of Directors of the Columbia River Steamship Operators’ Association, Inc. presented the United States Coast Guard framed copies of Resolution Serial No. 1501, “A Resolution in Recognition and Profound Appreciation of Distinguished Service by the United States Coast Guard Sector Columbia River and MSU Portland for Ensuring Shell Oil Icebreaker MSV Fennica had Safe Passage out of Portland and for Maintaining the Lower Columbia River Shipping and Navigation Channel During the MSV Fennica Protests.”  A full copy of the Resolution may be viewed Here.
