Deputy Sector Commander, Captain Berliner and Captain Cross of the U.S. Coast Guard presented the CRSOA with a beautiful plaque in appreciation for their efforts in the coordination of the Columbia Regions’ Maritime Industry Introduction Program (called COBALT by the Coast Guard for Columbia Basin Leadership Training).  This year’s 16 participants heard from nearly 40 industry professionals over four days.

The participants thanked the CRSOA and the Columbia River maritime industry for organizing another program that proved to be informative and a great introduction to the river system by our association and dozens of our industry partners!

US Coast Guard Thanks CRSOA, Industry, for Successful 2015 COBALT
