Vince Piscitello, Vanport Marine & Industrial, will present on the 2018 dockside repairs of the CGC Bluebell, an inland buoy tender that services more than 420 river aids per year along 500 miles of the Columbia, Willamette and Snake Rivers. The presentation will include info on the vessel’s history, crewing, mission, and the future of the vessel class.
