​OMSI General Admission Benefit

For CRSOA Members
The Columbia River Steamship Operators’ Association is pleased to offer complimentary general admission to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) as a benefit of CRSOA membership.

Through our nonprofit membership with OMSI, CRSOA members may request, via the below form, general admission passes for an upcoming visit.

To help us manage this benefit and coordinate with OMSI, advance requests are required.

How to Request Admission
Please complete the request form below with the following information:

• Your name and organization
• Anticipated date of visit (please ensure OMSI will be open the day of your request, you can check their hours of operation Here)
• ​Number of people in your party

Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of your planned visit.
Once your request is reviewed and verified, CRSOA will email you a visit confirmation. This confirmation email should be presented at OMSI admissions on the day of your visit.

Important Information

• This benefit is available to current CRSOA members only
• All requests must be made through this form, admission will not be granted without approval from the CRSOA office.
  
• General admission only; special exhibits, events, or programs may require additional tickets
• Requests are subject to availability and OMSI policies
